Riding in Koh Samui
You need a licence valid for the class of bike you are riding. For most visitors that means a home motorcycle licence plus an International Driving Permit endorsed for motorcycles — riding without one can invalidate your own travel or medical insurance, and any protection bought through BikeBee.
Helmets are required by law for the rider and every passenger. Photograph the bike at pick-up before you ride away, so any existing marks are on record.
