For bike owners and rental shops

Your bike, quietly earning its keep

BikeBee turns the bike idle in your garage into a modest, honest line of income. List it once, handle pick-ups on your own terms, collect the balance in cash at the kerb.

How hosting works

An informal charter between BikeBee and the host. None of it is legalese; all of it is how we actually run the place.

01

You set the price.

Daily, weekly or monthly — the rate is yours. Nudge it up in high season, hold it steady in the rains. We do not surge-price your listing behind your back, and we never discount it without asking.

02

You choose the dates.

Block the bike for a family trip, pull it from the market during Songkran, or leave it bookable year-round. A calendar you control, on the website or in the app.

03

You meet the rider.

Every booking ends with two people at an agreed spot — your shop, a café, the rider’s guesthouse. You walk the bike together, settle the balance, and hand over the keys. No depot, no drop-box.

04

Every booking starts with a deposit.

Riders pay ฿100 by card through Stripe when they book, so a request is a committed rider, not an enquiry. The deposit counts towards the rental, and each booking shows you exactly what to collect at pickup.

05

Reviews run both ways.

The rider rates you and you rate the rider. Reputation travels in both directions, and riders who score badly lose access to the best bikes. That is by design.

06

Your listing, your voice.

Photograph it yourself, write the description in your own English or Thai, price it how you like. We will not auto-generate a template listing that reads like a dozen others.

Getting listed

  1. Create an account — the same one riders use, so there is nothing separate to remember.
  2. Add the bike: photos you took yourself, the plate, the engine size, and what is included.
  3. Set your daily rate and block out any dates the bike is not available.
  4. Choose instant booking or request booking, depending on how much notice you want.
  5. Submit the listing for review. A person at BikeBee checks every bike before riders can see it.
  6. Accept your first rider, agree a meeting point, and hand over the keys.
Run everything from the host dashboard on this website, or from the BikeBee app once it is published. It is the same account either way. See what the host tools do.

List a bike this week

There is no fleet requirement and no contract. One bike, listed on your terms, is a perfectly good place to start.
